Who operates FrameJury
FrameJury software and related services are operated by EverWeb, a Brazilian company.
Your agreement
By using FrameJury, creating an account, or buying a license, you agree to these Terms. You must be old enough to enter into this agreement where you live.
Your license
When you pay for FrameJury, EverWeb grants you a personal license to install and use the software on the number of devices included in your purchase. Your license terms are shown at checkout and in your account.
You may not resell, redistribute, or bypass licensing or security controls.
Your files
Your photos and videos remain yours. FrameJury does not claim ownership of your media.
Device activation
FrameJury may ask you to activate a device online so we can apply your device limit fairly. You can deactivate a device to free a slot for another computer.
Payments and refunds
Prices are shown before you buy. Payments are processed by Stripe or an applicable marketplace. Refunds and cancellations are handled according to applicable consumer law and the Refund and Cancellation Policy. A completed refund may revoke the related license.
Support and feedback
If you send support messages, screenshots, audio, or other feedback, you keep ownership of what you send. You give EverWeb permission to use that material only as needed to help you, improve FrameJury, and keep the service secure.
Fair use
Please use FrameJury lawfully and do not abuse, attack, or interfere with the service or other users.
Changes and availability
We may improve, change, or temporarily interrupt FrameJury as the product evolves. We work to keep the software reliable, but online services can occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms removes rights that applicable law gives you as a consumer.
Limitation of liability
FrameJury is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. EverWeb is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses caused by misuse, third-party services, or circumstances outside reasonable control. This does not limit liability that law says cannot be limited.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when needed. The date at the top shows the latest version.
