EverWeb honors any refund, cancellation, withdrawal, cooling-off, or other consumer right that applies to your purchase under the law where you live. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
How to request help
To request a refund or cancellation, contact us with the email address used for the purchase and, if available, your order or license details. We may ask for information needed to locate the transaction and process the request.
After a refund
If a refund is approved or required, the payment is returned through the original payment method where practical. A completed refund may cancel or revoke the related license and future use of the paid features.
Marketplace purchases
If you purchased FrameJury through a marketplace, that marketplace may process the refund under its own refund procedure. We will cooperate with the marketplace and applicable law.
