Privacy Policy

A short, plain-language summary of how FrameJury handles information.

Last updated: September 1, 2026

Who we are

  • FrameJury is operated by EverWeb, a Brazilian company.
  • Questions about privacy? Contact us.

What we collect

  • Account sign-in. When you sign in with Google or a Magic Link, we receive what is needed to identify your account, such as your verified email, name, and profile image when provided.
  • Licensing and devices. License details, activation records, device or installation identifiers, app version, and the device name you choose.
  • Purchases. Order status, amount, and fulfillment details. Payments are handled by Stripe or an applicable marketplace. We do not store your full card number.
  • Support and feedback. What you choose to send us, such as messages, screenshots, audio, or uninstall feedback.
  • Security logs. Basic technical data needed to keep accounts and services secure.
  • Application telemetry. Anonymous information about how the application is used to help us optimize it; we do not send filenames or other personal information to our servers.
  • Application errors. An automated bug tracker may receive application errors so we can diagnose and fix problems.
  • We do not persist verified email addresses in plaintext in our database.
  • We use protected storage instead.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell your personal information.
  • We do not upload your media library for normal browsing. FrameJury works on files on your computer.
  • We do not use advertising cookies to track you across the web. Google Analytics is enabled by default outside jurisdictions where consent is required. In those jurisdictions, it is disabled until you allow it through the site's privacy banner. It receives limited site-usage events such as page visits, download clicks, checkout starts, and completed purchases. We do not send names, email addresses, license identifiers, or media paths to Analytics.

Why we use this information

  • Sign you in and manage your account.
  • Activate and manage licenses.
  • Fulfill purchases and keep order records.
  • Provide support when you reach out to us.
  • Keep the service secure.
  • Improve FrameJury when you choose to send feedback.
  • Understand public website usage and improve the download and purchase experience.

Service providers

We use trusted providers only where needed:

  • Cloudflare for hosting.
  • Google when you choose Google sign-in.
  • Google Analytics for limited public-site measurement when enabled.
  • Stripe for payments.

They process information on our behalf to run FrameJury.

How long we keep information

  • We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for licensing, support, security, purchases, and legal records.
  • Support messages and feedback are kept only as long as needed to help you and improve the product.

Your choices

  • Allow or decline optional Google Analytics in the privacy banner, or reopen from the footer.
  • Ask questions about how we handle your information.
  • Update account details where available.
  • Request deletion where applicable law allows.

Contact us for any of the above.
