Is FrameJury a subscription?
No. FrameJury is sold as a one-time payment for a perpetual license. There are no recurring charges.
What does the license include?
You get FrameJury for your photo and video folders, with the active device allowance and update terms shown at checkout.
How many devices can I use?
The active device allowance is shown in the current offer above and confirmed at checkout. You can manage and deactivate devices from your account.
How do I activate FrameJury?
Download and open FrameJury, then click the license area at the top of the app. Sign in and choose the license you want to activate locally.
Do my files leave my computer?
No. FrameJury works with the folders you already have. Your media stays on your computer and is not imported into a separate cloud library.
Can I buy more than one license?
Yes. Every purchase is shown separately in your account, with its own acquisition date, device allowance, and activation history.
What happens after payment?
You will see the download page immediately. We also send an email with the activation steps and a link back to your support account.
